Microwarehouse Year-End Inventory Sale December 12, 2006

I found out at Philmug that Microwarehouse will have it’s Year-end Inventory Sale this coming weekend. Click HERE to know more about the event.
I hope my damn check get signed by tomorrow and encashed before Friday so I would have some moolah. I want the iPod 20GB (if I still can get one by the time I get there) or the old iPod shuffle for my bike. There’s a whooping 64% discount on the 20GB and a considerable 22% discount for the shuffle. If I settle for the shuffle, I’m gonna buy the Sports Case and some other protectors that are on sale to up to 97% discount. Yep, it’s not a typo, check their pricelist if you doubt me.
Even their TREO 650 blue edition on sale. Less 41% it’s original price. But Treo680 really won my heart because it doesn’t have an antenna and it’s quite packed as the Treo 650. 
Will I still attend the General Christmas Party if these are at stake?
Gonna convince myself.Will skip, will not, WILL skip, will not…
Bah I can’t still decide because of that damned check! Maybe tomorrow afternoon I can decide if I gonna line up before the store opens and wrestle for the iPod 20GB. Hahaha.

I found out today in Mapalad.com and Philmug.ph that the Treo680 (unlocked) was priced way lower in the US of A. There’s a whooping Php10K difference! Also you’ll get the free Mobile Music Pack which includes the following:
- 1 GB SD card
- hybrid headset (stereo)
- pocket tunes deluxe
I loooove the crimson edition. Its uber sexy…
So my dear godparents, you now know what I really want this Christmas. *grins*

Great Weekend Out of Town December 11, 2006

Just got back this morning from a great weekend out of town. It has
hits and misses from what I envisioned but nevertheless it was great.
Saturday, were supposed to watch movie as planned but he was having a bad mood because of something I did. Instead we dined and malled around. And after picking a few things we headed home. To make matter worst, we had a little row before sleeping. /pif
It was raining cats and dogs because of Bagyong Seniang but it didn’t dampen our spirits to
dine out and go malling yesterday. (What it is with typhoon and us? It
always help us bond together. Hahaha!) We ended up eating at Tokyo
Tokyo, having our favorite beef misono sumo meal and mixed sushi. We skipped watching a movie again, cause it’s running late the time we finished our dinner. I just picked up some things Nanay asked and then we went malling around,
checking some things that I might end up buying next week. I think the incident with my check was also a blessing in disguise. If I already had the money last weekend I already have splurged it because there are a lot of shops on sale and I couldn’t resist good offers and discounts.
I already have a list of things to buy next week:
1. Jacket
2. Colognes
3. Shoes
4. Some shirts I can wear at work
5. Long sleeve (Red/White)
6. Jeans
I might drop by at Power Mac Center at Greenbelt cause they’re having a 20% sale on iPods this coming weekend. I am still undecided on which to get, the new iPod shuffle or a 2GB iPod nano. Hmmm, Decisions, decision. Ah well, I might decide later on or the day itself.
Anyway, It was really a great weekend.
I am thankful not for the big things we did but of the small things. Small things that bond us together as good friends. It is this things I am thankful of.
Instead of being tired, I’m actually feeling recharged to face this week. And I can’t wait for next weekend.

Christmas Came Early than I Expected December 7, 2006

Yes, with a twist of luck, Christmas came early for me. I expected the voucher for my ka-ching to be signed by next week when the cashier will go to the main campus. But the president of the BSU system just paid us a visit for an emergency meeting this afternoon and signed every documents including my voucher. Talk about luck.
I guess I’ll have moolah to spend on Saturday when I meet someone. I might end up splurging it. I go sometimes on spending spree. Somebody stop me!
I want to ask if I can avail of the Transportation and Food Allowance, but I don’t want to be "atribida" on the meeting. Hahaha. I might sound "mukhang pera" to some people here, but hey I am just asking. If I can avail, thanks, if I’m not eligible to claim, thanks anyway. At least I did know the reasons for their decisions. And If I didn’t asked about the bonus I wouldn’t be recieving it.:D

A good news just came in. The cashier told me I already have a check for my bonus and cash gift. It’s more than I expected. Ka-Ching $__$.
Maybe there is Christmas after all for me here at work. Hahaha!
